So crowdchess.com had a the great idea of 'harnessing' the wisdom of the crowd (or in this case lack thereof) in an online chess battle against Grand-Master Gawain Jones.
The graphic on the right proves that chess2.0 isn't quite what it was built up to be. The crowd (white) is already one bishop down with no trade on after only 9 moves. Go Team!

Moves are either good (the best possible move) or bad (all the other moves), no grey areas in between.
If the move dictated by the crowd depends solely on voting, the chances of making the right movement decreases as the size of the crowd grows. This is because in the world there are more bad players than good players, so the percentage of good players voting will probably decrease as the game becomes popular. The best thing for blacks to win the game is to get as much people as possible playing against.
